Alexander the Great silver Tetradrachm struck circa 323-320 BC.

Obverse: Hercules in Lion's skin.

Reverse: Zeus seated on throne, holding eagle.

Custom set into a sterling silver bezel pendant with 14k yellow gold prongs and bail, measuring approximately 1 and 1/2 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the bezel, 1 and 1/8 inches wide.
